In her previous roles, Neelam has been instrumental in driving enterprise-scale growth - expanding operational footprints, accelerating customer acquisition, and leading geographic diversification, eventually delivering superlative outcomes for customers and employees alike.She has also played a key role in PE led M&A transactions through her career, leading to shareholders deriving maximum value.

Ajit is a seasoned finance and strategy leader with more than 30 years of experience, including 25 years in the IT and BPO sectors. His prior roles at industry leaders such as eFunds, Accenture and IGT Solutions span multiple geographies, and encompass finance, commercial strategy and regulatory affairs. He brings a global perspective, financial discipline and sharp commercial acumen to support sustainable growth and sound governance.

As a Six Sigma Black Belt and COPC-certified customer experience expert, He brings deep expertise across telecom, travel, aviation, financial services, hospitality, and emerging technology sectors. He specializes in operational excellence, continuous improvement, and data-driven execution, having successfully managed global teams while consistently achieving measurable performance outcomes.

Raja comes with over 25 years of experience in contact center management, growth, CX strategy, geo operations and commercial governance. He brings a deep passion for building customer-centric organizations that scale with purpose and performance. He has held global positions, managing large enterprise portfolios. His leadership in multi-channel CX, creative solutions, automation, and digital transformation has driven significant revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

He has held prior leadership roles in IGT Solutions, EXL Service, Ebookers, MakeMyTrip.com, American Express and Carlson Wagonlit besides an entrepreneurial stint in HR & Retail space.
